Useful things to include

The form or portal you were filling in, and the exact size or KB limit it demanded.
Your phone model and browser, if something did not work.
The wording of the rejection message, if a photo was refused.

Please do not send photos

We cannot debug an image and we do not want a copy of your face in an inbox. A description of the problem is enough.

Missing preset?

If a department asks for a size that is not in the dropdown, the Custom option accepts any measurement in millimetres or inches today, and a named preset can be added if enough people run into the same form.
